Event Description

Please note that the session will now be offered remotely via Vscene. Details for joining will be shared directly with participants prior to the session.

Join us at this masterclass led by Professor Andy Mount and develop your skills to write funding applications that hit the mark.

As the Principal Investigator (PI) on the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) Impact Acceleration Account (IAA), Professor Andy Mount will focus the session on EPSRC IAA application criteria.

EPSRC IAA funds can be used to support industry engagement and commercialisation activities and aim to increase, advance and accelerate the achievement of impact from EPSRC-funded research.

Why join this session?

  • Get valuable insights and expert advice from the PI on the EPSRC IAA (Professor Andy Mount)
  • Learn how to write funding applications that focus on the key criteria and address the funding requirements
  • Gain a better understanding of what ‘impact’ is and how to articulate the anticipated achievement of this in your application

This session is offered as part of two EPSRC IAA funding calls currently open for applications:

  1. EPSCR IAA general seed funding call
  2. EPSRC IAA postdoc secondment call
