This masterclass will look at some important strategies to keep in mind to sell your product or service and will be facilitated by guest speaker Derek Borthwick.
About the speaker
After graduating from The University of Sheffield, Derek has spent his career in finance within sales & marketing.
In a highly successful career spanning over 30 years, he has raised billions in sales across a range of products and strategies and has worked for major number of financial institutions including companies such as JP Morgan, Fidelity, Aviva, Zurich and laterally the Swiss Private Bank Syz where he held the position of UK Business Development Director.
During his career, Derek has attended over 3000 pitches, meetings and delivered over 500 presentations to thousands of people all over the UK and Europe.
He is a member of Toast Masters International and The Professional Speakers Association. Derek is a highly experienced sales professional, communication expert, and a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (Software for the mind) and Coach.
Derek runs his own consultancy firm Power2Mind advising individuals and companies on successful ways to pitch, present and public speak together with advising on sales and business development skills and strategies. Power2Mind is rooted in neuroscience and combines the latest findings together with more traditional approaches to ensure a more effective and successful experience.

- How to conduct a sales pitch
