Event Description

Plausibility of whether a problem is solved can arise during both the assessment of “sufficient disclosure” of the invention and “inventive step”. This seminar considers how much information is required to demonstrate a problem has been solved.

Any academic staff and student groups with an interested in IP and commercialisation. (Including Edinburgh Innovations staff).
