Calling all EI Staff!

In early 2025, EI’s EDI Working Group was established and has since grown into a cross-team effort, with colleagues contributing to shaping our priorities and supporting delivery. Following the latest CSG EDI survey which we all contributed to in October 2025, this session will share key insights from the survey, presented by Bethany Parsons, Equality Diversity and Inclusion Manager from the Social Responsibility and Sustainability team, alongside an overview of the actions taken to date and our priorities for the next six months.

This session is being hosted for EI staff as an opportunity to hear more about our progress so far, engage with the findings, and contribute to shaping our next steps through an interactive discussion.”
