Startup Builder 2025
Startup Builder is our brand-new programme designed to help founders grow and develop their early-stage ideas.
This year, we’re offering four expert-led workshops, chosen by students, for students, to give you the practical skills you need to build your startup.
Marketing Basics
We are excited to share that Julian Rawel will be joining us to deliver a Marketing Basics workshop! Don’t miss this fantastic opportunity to learn from one of the best.
Julian Rawel MSc, BA, DipM, FCIM, Chartered Marketer, is Director of MBA Programmes at the University of Edinburgh Business School. An experienced tutor in strategy and marketing, he has taught across Europe and the Middle East. Julian spent 16 years with Eurocamp, where as Group Sales and Marketing Director he helped deliver a £32m management buyout and £60m stock market flotation.
He later led marketing for the £42.5m Royal Armouries Museum, founded The Julian Rawel Consultancy, and held leadership roles at TiasNimbas and Bradford University School of Management. A Chartered Marketer, he researches corporate reputation during major crises.
