Scotland's University Tech Incubator

Applications are now open for the next Venture Builder Incubator (VBI). This is a hybrid programme designed to help postgraduate students and research staff start or grow their tech businesses. It will run from 14 October 2025 until 12 March 2026.

Over five months, through a mix of interactive online workshops and in-person events, the programme provides the essential entrepreneurial skills to transform technology and innovation into business growth. 

Bridging the gap between academia and entrepreneurship, VBI enables participants to develop robust commercialisation and funding strategies – allowing them to navigate the start-up landscape with confidence

We accept applications from any sector but provide tailored support for oncology-related projects and solutions driven by robotics and autonomous systems. You do not have to be a registered business to apply, only passionate about creating innovative deep tech or data-driven solutions to address real-world challenges.
