Professor Julie Jacko, Dean of Innovation and Engagement for the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine, University of Edinburgh, cordially invites you to a breakfast event on:
19th March at 8am Dover House, 66 Whitehall, London SW1A 2AU
to learn more about the positive impact the University is having on the health of animals, people, and their environment due to its world-class expertise in AI, and the infrastructure that has been built to support its application to improving health.
The Harnessing AI for Better Health event will feature a series of short presentations about the University’s world-class health research and innovation, enabling your organisation to capitalise upon the full range of opportunities made possible by AI. Our world-renowned academic experts will ignite your interest in their latest collaborations, cutting edge research breakthroughs, and innovative spinouts.
At Edinburgh, AI is more than technology. With the more recent and unprecedented global proliferation of large language and data models, AI, applied to health and medicine, unites our experts from technical disciplines with those from the arts, humanities, and social sciences, along with leaders in science and medicine. We are unlocking new people-centered technologies to drive discoveries in the key areas of future health and care, bringing together collaborations that significantly improve the care of people and animals.
The event will be held between 8am – 10am. Presentations will begin at 8.30am.
A substantial breakfast will be provided.
