Join Joe Murphy, Innovation Executive for the iTPA team, for a 90-minute in-person workshop on scoping and validating early-stage translational ideas. This session will explore topics such as market needs and how to quantify them, “patentability” and how to analyse prior art, and whether there is space and opportunity for a new product in a given market.

This session will focus on specialist tools such as Pitchbook, Global Data and Espacenet, and how you can navigate them to pre-empt and answer salient questions often posed by funding panels and investors. Supercharge your application writing skills with invaluable tips, tools and templates for showcasing your ideas.

This workshop is particularly targeted at ECRs, Postdocs & any staff researcher who is new to translational principles.
