At Edinburgh Innovations we have collaborated with the Edinburgh Earth Initiative and School of Informatics to launch our Sustainable Business Idea Competition.

The greatest innovations of the next decade will be climate innovations, and we believe that our students and alumni have the potential to solve some of our greatest sustainability challenges by creating environmentally impactful innovations. We want to encourage you to uncover these solutions and provide a platform for your entrepreneurial ideas to be showcased.

At this event we will announce the four winners of our sustainability competition, who will each win £1,000.

We will also be having a fantastic speaker at our winner's announcement.

The Entrepreneurial journey is not for the faint of heart, but there is a sense of community that forms within the enterprise sphere. There is always someone you can learn from, and always something you can provide to others. We love having fellow Entrepreneurs come to the Student Enterprise Hub and share their journey, and speak of the obstacles they faced, and how they navigated their challenges. This month we have Aayush Goyal, who Co-Founded Social Stories Club while a student at the University of Edinburgh. We are excited to share his story of finding a work life balance, how to pivot your business, and how sustainability can be at the central core to a thriving company.

Nibbles and drinks will be provided.
