To help recognise this year's Changemaker Awards winners, we are delighted to invite you to a celebration event on Thursday 5 October!

This lunchtime event will give you the opportunity to meet with and hear from other Award recipients, network, and enjoy a catered lunch, with a welcome from the Director of the Department for Social Responsibility and Sustainability.

To allow us to ensure appropriate catering, please register for the event below and note any dietary requirements you have.

If you are part of a group or organisation which received an Award, please have each member who wishes to attend register separately.
