Are you interested in translation activities but find the idea daunting? The iTPA team have engaged an experienced trainer with 20 years’ experience in industrial R&D at AstraZeneca to provide specialist coaching in project management for translational projects.

Lisa Cox has extensive experience as a project manager in the pharmaceutical industry. Her expertise includes pharmaceutical development (CMC), development of oncology drugs from discovery through to phase 3, and organisational change projects.

Lisa has designed this course tailored to iTPA needs. Come along to learn the fundamentals of influencing, stakeholder management, risk management and mitigation. This workshop will train you to plan and manage your projects, and will highlight key considerations to enable you to write more effective funding applications with greater success rates.

Places are limited to 10, so please sign up as soon as possible to submit your expression of interest and spaces will be allocated on a case-by-case basis.

If you are not successful this time, the iTPA team will be in touch to support you in your translational journey with our alternative offerings. If there is sufficient additional interest in this workshop we will use this as evidence to run a future workshop, so please do sign up.
